What you can expect
- Kunden-, TÜV- und interne Audits werden von dir mit vorbereitet und begleitet.
- In deiner Rolle unterstützt du bei der Einhaltung relevanter Prozessvorgaben, planst Schulungen und unterstützt bei der Durchführung der Trainings.
- Sämtliche dazu gehörende Dokumentationen sind bei dir gut aufgehoben und werden durch dich verwaltet.
- Als Schnittstelle zu unserem Quality Management unterstützt du bei Ersteinweisungen, behältst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsthemen im Blick und begleitest monatliche Prozessauswertungen.
- Auch bei Themen der Arbeitssicherheit und dazu gehörender Dokumentation bist du unterstützend im Einsatz.

- Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement - als motivierter Quereinsteiger bist du bei uns willkommen.
- Dein Arbeitsstil ist klar strukturiert und dank deiner Hands-On-Mentalität packst du auch neue Herausforderungen gerne mit an.
- Dabei gehst du routiniert mit MS Office um.
- Zudem bist du sehr kommunikativ und suchst den Austausch mit den eigenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
